International Sales & Marketing Associate
Responsibilities
Sales, marketing and technical support of smart meter, data concentrator, AMI/AMR systems globally
Familiar with technical specification, features, and usage of our products and systems to answer customer inquiries both before and after sale
Write and update the user manual, datasheet of the products, and prepare bidding documents for international tenders
Maintain customer data and keep in touch with customers to gather latest market information for development teams
Talents & Skills
Who we are looking for:
- B.S. degree or above in engineering disciplines, such as computer science, electrical engineering
- Good written and spoken English abilities to communicate with customers precisely over email and phone calls
- Good communication skills, teamwork spirit, and good logical thinking capability
- Faster learner, self-motivator, very responsible and high ethic standards
- Careful and well-organized work habits to reduce chance of error
Not required, but a plus:
- Study or work experience in English speaking countries
- A second language (such as Spanish or French) is preferred
- Computer software, hardware development or test experience
- Familiar with international trading and tender practice
