Software Test Engineer
Responsibilities

Verification and testing of the smart meters and web-based advanced metering infrastructure (AMI) system software

Stress testing, performance testing and test automation for recurring functions to improve test efficiency

Monitoring, operation, maintenance and technical assistance for existing system deployments

Take the role of customer in agile development and provide feedback to improve user experience
Talents & Skills
Who we are looking for:
- B.S. degree or above in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related majors
- 1 Year or above software or hardware testing experience
- Good understanding of software test concept and software life cycle
- Good communication skills, teamwork spirit, and good logical thinking capability
- Faster learner, self-motivator and very responsible
- Treat quality seriously, patient and persistent
Not required, but a plus:
- Embedded system or web application testing experience
- Smart meter, power grid automation or electricity system background
- SQL and NoSQL database use (query / test data creation) experience
- Good written and spoken English
